John + I - Picnic Engagement Photos

If you were waiting for a sign to pack up your favorite quick snacks + head out for a picnic with your significant other, here it is! 10/10 would recommend planning an engagement session that is equal parts relaxed and authentically you. A picnic is a perfect setting for this kind of vibe. (I’m speaking from experience because this is actually my engagement session below). John + I had the best time prancing about at one of our favorite Indianapolis parks, Southeastway Park. We topped off our time with a sit down picnic complete with an assortment of cheeses and fruits. Also lets not forget the polaroids! If you’ve been following my photography journey then you know I’m a sucker for a nice tangible instant film shot. Those polaroid moments added a special touch since we each snapped a photo or two of one another as we sat down and enjoyed the picnic we had put together for our engagement photoshoot.
