Winston + Kayla - Proposal at Buckingham Fountain

Okay, so let’s talk about an adrenaline rush! I am 100% here for all the proposals. Even if that means driving to Chicago on a national holiday weekend - always worth it. I’d do it all over again for these two! Kayla + Winston said yes to planning a forever together and I was lucky enough to be a part of documenting that moment. The days leading up to the big question were exciting and nerve-racking all at once. (Probably even moreso for Winston) There were text exchanges on trying to figure out the best location, time, and if weather was going to be on our side. But hey, it all was pulled off smoothly and he got the answer he was looking for! I am so so over the moon happy for you two and can’t wait to see where life takes you. (I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed that it’s the Lord’s will for you to stay in Hoosier nation, hehe)

Winston popped the question in front of the notorious Buckingham Fountain in Chicago Illinois. It was such a rush watching everyone around them cheer with congratulations. Funny to see two people surrounded by so many others, but somehow still only seeing one another in that instant. 💓

Shout out to my father who tagged along as the body guard/camera bag assistant. I’ll take any excuse to be stuck with you for a six hour road trip!
