There are some meetups that, as a photographer, you find yourself leaving more filled with a sense of gratefulness, new levels of inspired, and just so very overjoyed that you’re lucky enough to soak in the moments like these.

I had the honor of getting to know Chris + Sharon during the time we spent documenting their pregnancy. (And if you can believe, that’s the last time we saw each other face to face, but thankfully for social media I’ve been able to follow along to their beautiful journey. ) Reuniting with them for this precious family session seemed all too surreal. Last time they were in front of my camera, Ziggy was waiting for his time to shine/make his entrance into the world.

Such a special connection can be seen between these three. I have a feeling someone has been getting some extra snuggles throughout the quarantine.

Be sure to make your way all the down to the bottom. I’d hate for you to miss out on our water action shots. Warning: the splishy splashy feet may be too cute to handle!

p.s. a certain toddler, who shall not be named, may be rockin’ a wet bottom towards the end - have no fear its just the consequences of a deep toddler squat while playing in the water. totally worth it.
